PA1-037은 bovine, canine, human, mouse, porcine 및 rat 조직과 재조합 단백질에서 endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS)를 검출합니다. 이 항체는 human iNOS 또는 rat nNOS를 검출하지 않습니다.
Western blot 및 immunohistochemistry (paraffin, frozen)에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot에서 human endothelial cell 유래 약 140 kDa의 eNOS 단백질을 검출하며, rat lung, brain 및 canine cardiac microsome에서도 eNOS를 검출합니다.
Human vascular endothelial cell에서의 면역조직화학 염색 결과, 강한 epithelial cell 염색을 보입니다.
면역원은 human eNOS의 S(1179)–D(1194) 서열에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드입니다.
Target Information
Nitric oxide (NO)는 세포 간 신호 전달에 관여하는 무기 기체성 자유 라디칼입니다.
혈관 이완, 신경전달, 세포독성 반응 등 다양한 생리적 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
NO 생성은 nitric oxide synthase (NOS) 효소군에 의해 매개되며, L-arginine을 산화시켜 L-citrulline과 NO를 생성합니다.
NOS에는 세 가지 주요 isoform이 존재합니다:
- Brain 또는 neuronal NOS (b/nNOS, type I)
- Endothelial cell NOS (eNOS, type III)
- Inducible NOS (iNOS, type II)
모든 NOS isoform은 calmodulin, NADPH, FAD, FMN 결합 도메인을 포함합니다.
