Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조된 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 보관합니다. 반복적인 동결·해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리하십시오.
Target Information
SORL1 유전자는 vacuolar protein sorting 10 domain-containing receptor family와 low density lipoprotein receptor family에 속하는 모자이크 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 fibronectin type III 반복과 epidermal growth factor 반복을 포함하며, preproprotein으로 번역되어 내포작용과 단백질 분류에 관여합니다. 또한 알츠하이머병과 관련된 발현 연관성이 있을 수 있습니다.
