• Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
• The antibody is supplied as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

The ADAM22 gene encodes a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) family. These membrane-anchored proteins are structurally related to snake venom disintegrins and are involved in various biological processes such as cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis. ADAM22 is highly expressed in the brain and may act as an integrin ligand. Alternative splicing results in several transcript variants.
