CSNK1D (CK1 delta)는 serine/threonine kinase로서 Wnt/β-catenin 신호 경로에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 경로는 발생 및 암과 관련이 있으며, CSNK1D는 세포자멸사(apoptosis), 생체 리듬(circadian rhythm), 미세소관 동역학, 염색체 분리, p53 매개 성장 조절에도 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 Mouse 및 Rat의 CK1 delta 상동체와 높은 유사성을 가지며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 세 가지 전사 변이가 보고되었습니다.
