Target Information
Basement membrane 구성 요소는 세포 부착, 이동, 분화 및 배아 구획화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
기저막의 조성 및 구조는 조직마다, 그리고 발달 단계마다 다르지만 대부분의 성숙한 기저막에는 type IV collagen, laminins, heparan sulphate proteoglycans 및 entactin(nidogen)이 포함되어 있습니다.
Entactin은 basement membrane에 널리 분포하는 황산화된 당단백질로, laminin과 강하게 결합하며 collagen IV에도 결합합니다.
Entactin은 세포-세포외기질 상호작용에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
