Applications Reported:
Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Alexa Fluor 647 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, immunocytochemistry (ICC), and immunohistochemistry (IHC).

Applications Tested:
This isotype control can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses such as opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is also involved in immune regulation, including T-cell activation and B-cell inhibition.

Mouse IgG1 is widely used in research and diagnostic applications (ELISA, Western blotting, IHC) as well as in therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
