Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility by enabling use with multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, these antibodies can be further purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
