이 항체는 람다 경쇄를 가진 인간 골수종 단백질로 교차 흡수(cross-absorption) 처리되었습니다. 정제된 IgG는 전혈청으로부터 친화 크로마토그래피를 통해 분리되었으며, F(ab`)2 절편은 펩신 소화에 의해 제조되었습니다.
Flow Cytometry 분석 시, 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)에 권장 희석배수의 항체 10 µL를 사용합니다.

Target Information
Anti-Human 2차 항체는 인간 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다.
일반적으로 숙주 동물에 대상 종의 면역글로불린을 면역화하여 생성하며, 추가로 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 거쳐 높은 특이성을 갖는 시약으로 제조됩니다.
