This antibody has been cross-absorbed with pooled human myeloma proteins containing lambda light chains. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography, and F(ab)2 fragments were generated by pepsin digestion. Goat F(ab)2 anti-Human Kappa Light Chain antibody specifically recognizes human kappa light chains.
