For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The human ASH2L gene encodes a 628 amino acid protein (isoform 1, ASH2L1) containing a nuclear localization signal and PHD finger motif, suggesting a role as a transcription regulator.
Predicted molecular weight: 68.7 kDa (alternative isoforms at 60 kDa and 56.5 kDa).
Human ASH2L shares 60% homology with Drosophila ash2 and 90% with mouse ASH2L.
Expression is predominant in adult heart, testis, and fetal lung/liver, with minimal expression in adult lung, liver, kidney, prostate, and certain leukemia cell lines (e.g., K562, Hel, Dami).
Differentiation inducers such as phorbol ester and hemin alter expression patterns, indicating a role in hematopoiesis and leukemia-related processes.
ASH2L has also been suggested to interact with beta-tubulin and beta-catenin.
