이 단백질은 PDZ-interacting domain, immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM), 두 개의 SH2 binding site를 포함하고 있습니다.
B 세포에서 interleukin-4에 의해 특이적으로 유도되며, 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 여러 전사 변이체가 생성됩니다.
