Target Information
GCET2는 신호전달 경로에 관여할 가능성이 있는 단백질로, germinal center lymphoma에서 발현이 증가합니다.
이 단백질은 PDZ-interacting domain, immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM), 그리고 두 개의 SH2 결합 부위를 포함합니다.
B 세포에서 그 발현은 interleukin-4에 의해 유도되며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변형체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
