- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) BMPR-IA, recombinant mouse (rm) BMPR-IA, rhBMPR-IB, and rmBMPR-IB is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
BMPR2는 bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) 수용체 패밀리에 속하는 막 관통형 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, BMP 리간드와 결합하여 내연골 골형성과 배아 발생에 관여합니다.
BMPR2의 기능 이상은 primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) 및 pulmonary venoocclusive disease와 관련이 있으며, 인간 T세포 분화에도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
BMP 신호전달은 type I (50–55 kDa) 및 type II (70–80 kDa) 수용체 복합체를 통해 이루어지며, type II 수용체는 리간드 결합에, type I 수용체는 신호전달에 각각 필요합니다.
