Target Information
TGFBR1은 TGFBR1 superfamily에 속하는 막관통 serine/threonine kinase로, ACVR 및 BMPR을 포함합니다. TGF-β 결합 시, TGFBR2가 TGFBR1을 인산화하여 SMADs의 하류 인산화를 유도합니다. TGFBR1은 type II TGF-β receptor와 이합체를 형성하여 세포 표면에서 세포질로 신호를 전달합니다. 이 유전자는 serine/threonine protein kinase를 암호화하며, 변이는 Loeys-Dietz 대동맥류 증후군(LDAS)과 관련이 있습니다.
