Target Information
LIM-only (LMO) 단백질은 보존된 LIM 도메인을 특징으로 하는 핵 인자입니다. LIM 도메인은 시스테인 풍부 아연 결합 모티프를 포함하며, 다양한 전사 인자에서 발견됩니다. LMO7 단백질은 1,349개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며, 아연 핑거 도메인과 SINE 요소를 포함합니다.
RT-PCR 결과에 따르면 LMO7은 심장, 폐, 골격근, 신장에서 주로 발현되며, 간, 난소, 뇌, 췌장, 고환에서는 중간 수준으로, 비장에서는 거의 발현되지 않습니다. 연구에 따르면 LMO7은 afadin 및 alpha-actinin 결합 단백질로, nectin-afadin과 E-cadherin-catenin 시스템을 연결합니다.
