Target Information
ZMYND8 (also known as RACK7) encodes a receptor for activated C-kinase protein. It binds to activated protein kinase C beta I and is associated with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. The protein contains a bromodomain and two zinc fingers and is thought to function as a transcriptional regulator. Multiple transcript variants encoding several isoforms have been identified.
