Target Information
SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2), also known as 2019-nCoV, causes illnesses ranging from mild cold-like symptoms to severe respiratory distress and death.
The SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein consists of S1 and S2 domains. The S2 domain mediates fusion, while the S protein induces neutralizing antibodies, T-cell responses, and protective immunity.
