- Detects endogenous CHML protein at a molecular weight of 74 kDa.

Target Information
CHML binds unprenylated Rab proteins and presents them to the catalytic component B, remaining bound after the geranylgeranyl transfer reaction. Component A may be regenerated by transferring its prenylated Rab to a protein acceptor. Less effective than REP-1 in supporting prenylation of Rab3 family.
