For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Upregulation of endoglin has been observed in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, indicating its role as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity but not TGF-β2.
