Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve ~1 mg/mL final concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes an enzyme with hydroxypyruvate reductase, glyoxylate reductase, and D-glycerate dehydrogenase activities. The enzyme is widely expressed across tissues and plays a role in metabolism. Mutations in this gene cause Type II hyperoxaluria.
