Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The RUNX3 gene encodes a member of the runt domain-containing family of transcription factors.
A heterodimer of this protein and a beta subunit binds to the core DNA sequence 5'-PYGPYGGT-3' found in many enhancers and promoters, acting as a transcription activator or suppressor.
It interacts with other transcription factors and functions as a tumor suppressor. The RUNX3 gene is often deleted or silenced in various cancers.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
