Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The SYTL4 gene encodes a member of the synaptotagmin-like protein family. These proteins have an N-terminal Rab27 binding domain and C-terminal tandem C2 domains. SYTL4 binds specific small Rab GTPases and participates in intracellular membrane trafficking. It may play a role in inhibiting dense core vesicle exocytosis. Multiple transcript variants encode the same protein.
