For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NR2E3, a NR2 Hepatocyte NF4-like receptor, is involved in cone cell proliferation during eye development and determines photoreceptor phenotype during human retinogenesis.
Mutations in NR2E3 are associated with retinal dysplasia, degeneration, and retinitis pigmentosa.
Two alternatively spliced isoforms have been identified. NR2E3 is expressed in the retina and has been detected in cancerous human lung, colon, and ovary tissues, as well as in normal human eye.
