For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NR2E3 (Nuclear receptor subfamily 2, group E, member 3) is involved in regulating cone cell proliferation during eye development and determining photoreceptor phenotypes in human retinogenesis.
Mutations or deletions in NR2E3 are associated with hereditary retinal dysplasia, degeneration, and retinitis pigmentosa.
NR2E3 is expressed predominantly in the retina, with ESTs also detected in cancerous tissues of lung, colon, and ovary.
