This antibody can be used in Sandwich ELISA to detect African Swine Fever Virus Structural Protein p54 using MA5-50304 as the capture antibody and MA5-50305 as the detection antibody.
Target Information
African swine fever virus protein p54 is an important structural and highly immunogenic protein. Mouse monoclonal antibodies prepared against a baculovirus-expressed p54 polypeptide recognized both conserved and variable epitopes, and these epitopes also reacted with sera from ASFV-infected pigs.
