Target Information
Neuregulin 1 (NRG1)은 NEU/ERBB2 수용성 티로신 키나아제와 상호작용하여 티로신 잔기의 인산화를 증가시키는 44-kD 당단백질로 처음 확인되었습니다. NRG1 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 다양한 아이소폼을 생성하며, 여기에는 heregulins (HRGs), glial growth factors (GGFs), sensory and motor neuron-derived factor (SMDF)가 포함됩니다. 이러한 아이소폼들은 조직 특이적으로 발현되며 구조적으로 상이합니다. HRG 아이소폼은 immunoglobulin (Ig) 및 epidermal growth factor-like (EGF-like) 도메인을 포함하고, GGF 및 GGF2 아이소폼은 kringle-like 서열과 Ig 및 EGF-like 도메인을 포함합니다. SMDF 아이소폼은 다른 아이소폼과 EGF-like 도메인만 공유합니다. 모든 NRG1 아이소폼의 수용체는 ERBB 계열의 티로신 키나아제 막 단백질 수용체이며, ERBB 수용체와의 상호작용을 통해 상피, 신경, 교세포 및 기타 세포의 성장과 분화를 유도합니다.
