For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) to ensure carrier-free conditions.

Target Information

ANAPC11, together with the cullin protein ANAPC2, forms the catalytic component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle.
The APC/C complex mediates ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins, primarily forming Lys-11-linked polyubiquitin chains and, to a lesser extent, Lys-48- and Lys-63-linked chains.
May recruit E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to the complex. [UniProt]
