Product Specific Information

This ESB7C2 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse Eos (IKZF4, ZNFN1A4), a zinc finger transcription factor and member of the Ikaros family. Eos shares high homology with Helios and can form homo- or heterodimers with Ikaros. Initially identified in the nervous system, Eos is involved in osteoclast differentiation and negative regulation of gene expression in Foxp3-expressing regulatory T cells.

Applications Reported:

• Intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:

• Tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometry using mouse splenocytes and the Foxp3/Transcription Factor Buffer Set (Product #00-5523-00).
• Recommended staining time: ≥60 minutes.
• Perform additional washes after fixation (3 times) and staining (twice).
• Use ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
• Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test (empirically determined).
• Optimize antibody titration for best performance.
