Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The HADH gene encodes an enzyme functioning in the mitochondrial matrix, catalyzing the oxidation of straight-chain 3-hydroxyacyl-CoAs within the beta-oxidation pathway.
Its enzymatic activity is highest with medium-chain-length fatty acids.
Mutations in this gene are associated with familial hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia.
A related pseudogene is located on chromosome 15.
