Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The SNX12 gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family, which contains a phox (PX) domain involved in phosphoinositide binding and intracellular trafficking.
Unlike some family members, SNX12 lacks a coiled coil region. A similar protein in mouse may regulate neurite outgrowth.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
