Product Specific Information
- 1 µg/mL of MA5-45530 was sufficient for detection of SNAT1 in 20 µg of lysates from neocortical neurons cultured under amino acid starvation conditions and assayed by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
- Detects approximately 50 kDa.
- This antibody was formerly sold as clone S104-32.
