Target Information
MHC Class II (I-Ak)는 항원제시세포(APC)에서 발현되며, 세포외 단백질로부터 유래한 펩타이드를 T 세포에 제시하여 면역 반응을 유도하는 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 알파 및 베타 사슬로 구성되어 있으며, 펩타이드 결합 홈을 형성합니다.
항원제시세포(수지상세포, 대식세포, B세포 등)에서 주로 발현되며, 항원을 포획하고 처리하는 기능을 수행합니다.
