Target Information
Aflatoxin은 Aspergillus flavus와 Aspergillus parasiticus 두 종류의 곰팡이에 의해 생성되는 자연 발생 마이코톡신입니다. Aspergillus flavus는 자연계에 널리 분포하며, 특히 가뭄 등 스트레스 조건에서 재배된 곡물에서 흔히 발견됩니다. 이 곰팡이는 토양, 부패 식물, 건초, 곡물 등에서 미생물학적 변질 중에 발생하며, 적절한 조건(높은 습도와 온도)에서는 다양한 유기 기질을 침범합니다. 자연계에서 최소 13종의 아플라톡신이 생성되며, 그 중 아플라톡신 B1이 가장 독성이 강한 것으로 알려져 있습니다. Aspergillus flavus의 존재는 항상 유해 수준의 아플라톡신을 의미하지는 않지만, 아플라톡신 생성 가능성을 나타냅니다.
