Target Information
The MAS1 receptor belongs to the class of GTP-binding protein–coupled receptors. It features a conserved structural motif characterized by seven transmembrane segments, predicted to form membrane-spanning alpha-helices. Activation of the MAS1 receptor may modulate growth-regulating pathways and contribute to oncogenic processes.
