These antibodies ensure improved signal-to-noise ratio, superior specificity, and consistent performance due to recombinant production methods.
Usage Note:
Centrifuge the conjugate solution briefly before use and apply only the supernatant to minimize nonspecific background caused by aggregates.

Target Information
Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) catalyzes the interconversion of pyruvate and lactate in glycolysis, involving NADH/NAD⁺ cycling.
In mammals, LDH is encoded by three genes:
- LDHA (M form) – muscle type, hypoxia-inducible, regulated by HIF1α
- LDHB (H form) – heart type, upregulated in many cancers
- LDHC (X form) – testis type
Human LDHs share 84–89% sequence similarity and 69–75% amino acid identity. Mutations in LDHA can cause Glycogen Storage Disease 11 (GSD11).
