Product #31118 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, ELISA, and ISH applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of human IgG, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
Based on solid-phase enzyme immunoassay, it shows minimal cross-reactivity with human IgE and IgM.
Note that it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
Activity measured by a solid-phase binding assay is 91%.

They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins.
