• Reacts with the kappa light chains of human IgG, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
• Minimal cross-reactivity observed: human gamma chain (1%), human lambda chain, and human lambda IgG.
• May cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
• Activity measured by solid phase binding assay: 97%.

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of specific targets.
