- Solid phase binding assay에서 측정된 활성은 91%.
- Human IgM의 µ chain과 반응하며, dog IgM(12%), mouse IgM(12%)과 교차 반응.
- 다른 종의 immunoglobulins과는 최소한의 교차 반응을 보임.
- 사용 전 0.5 mL의 증류수로 재구성 (복원 후 농도 1.0 mg/mL).

Anti-Human secondary antibodies는 인간 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 항체로, 검출, 분리 및 정제에 유용함.
