Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
This gene encodes a protein with multiple PDZ domains that mediate protein-protein interactions. Proteins with multiple PDZ domains often organize multimeric complexes at the plasma membrane. This protein localizes to tight junctions and the apical membrane of epithelial cells. In Drosophila, a similar protein acts as a scaffolding protein tethering several members of a multimeric signaling complex in photoreceptors.
