Target Information
IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor, CD221)는 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 암 발병과 관련되어 있습니다. 단백질은 두 개의 알파 및 두 개의 베타 소단위로 구성된 테트라머 형태이며, 알파 소단위는 IGF-1에 대해 높은 결합 친화성을 보입니다. 결합 후 구조적 변화 및 자가 인산화(1134, 1135, 1136번 위치)가 일어나며, 이는 RAS, RAF, ERK, p38, JNK 등의 신호 경로를 활성화시켜 세포 증식 유전자의 전사를 유도합니다.
