This antibody detects endogenous levels of Rac1/cdc42 only when phosphorylated at Ser71.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase belonging to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. Members of this superfamily regulate various cellular events, including cell growth control, cytoskeletal reorganization, and activation of protein kinases. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
