Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Carbonyl reductase (CBR1) is a monomeric, NADPH-dependent oxidoreductase with broad specificity for carbonyl compounds.
This enzyme is widely distributed in human tissues. Another carbonyl reductase gene, CRB3, is located near CBR1 on chromosome 21q.
