- 재구성 시, 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Conjugation 실험에 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 권장합니다.
Target Information
DRP1(DNM1L)은 인간의 dynamin-related 단백질로, 포유류 세포에서 미토콘드리아 분열에 관여합니다. 정상 상태와 세포사멸 과정에서 미토콘드리아 분열에 중요한 역할을 하며, 세포 내 미토콘드리아의 적절한 분포를 유지하는 데 필요합니다. DRP1 변이 뉴런에서는 시냅스 부근에 미토콘드리아가 거의 존재하지 않아, 시냅스에서의 미토콘드리아 역할 연구에 유용한 유전학적 도구로 활용됩니다.
