Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Voltage-dependent calcium channels are composed of five subunits. The CACNG6 gene encodes one of the gamma subunits, an integral membrane protein believed to stabilize the calcium channel in an inactive state.
This gene is part of the PMP-22/EMP/MP20 family and clustered with TARPs, which function as transmembrane AMPA receptor regulatory proteins.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Variants in this gene have been associated with aspirin-intolerant asthma.
