Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at −20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at −20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Calcium Channel gamma-3 (CACNG3) is a member of voltage-dependent calcium channels (VDCCs), enabling neurons to regulate calcium signaling in specific cellular regions.
While N-Type VDCCs exist before birth, most subunit expression occurs postnatally and plays a key role in synaptic transmission within hippocampal fields.
Calcium Channel gamma-3 functions as a type I transmembrane AMPA receptor regulatory protein (TARP), involved in both trafficking and channel gating of AMPA receptors.
It belongs to an eight-member subfamily within the PMP-22/EMP/MP20 protein family.
Dysfunction of the CACNG3 gene is linked to susceptibility to childhood absence epilepsy.
