For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD13 (ANPEP) is a 150–170 kDa type II transmembrane zinc-binding ectopeptidase expressed on various cell types.
It catalyzes removal of neutral amino acids from small peptides, modulating bioactive peptide activity.
CD13 participates in extracellular matrix degradation, antigen processing, and signal transduction, and plays roles in inflammation, cell motility, and vascularization.
It is expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, and myeloid leukemia cells, contributing to leukemic cell survival and correlating with poor carcinoma prognosis.
CD13 also functions as an aminopeptidase enzyme and serves as an alpha receptor for coronavirus.
