Target Information
MARK2는 세포 극성과 미세소관 안정성 조절에 관여하는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제입니다. 인간 EMK1의 두 가지 isoform은 162-bp 대체 엑손의 존재 여부에 따라 구분되며, 다양한 세포주와 조직에서 함께 발현됩니다. EMK1은 단일 mRNA에 의해 보편적으로 발현됩니다.
