- Mouse anti-Granzyme B antibody, clone GB11은 세포독성 림프구(CTLs)에 의해 표적 세포의 세포사멸 유도에 중요한 세린 프로테아제 Granzyme B를 인식합니다.
Target Information
Granzyme B는 세포독성 T 세포(CTLs)와 NK 세포의 과립 내에 존재하는 그랜자임 세린 프로테아제 계열의 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 유도하는 핵심 효소로, mannose 6-phosphate receptor를 통해 표적 세포에 침투하여 caspase-3를 절단하고 DNA 절편화를 유도합니다.
또한 Bid 단백질 절단을 통한 미토콘드리아 의존성 경로를 활성화할 수 있습니다.
Granzymes는 CTL 및 NK 세포의 특수 용해 과립에 저장되는 중성 세린 프로테아제로, 마우스에서는 여러 종류(A~G)가 존재하지만 인간에서는 일부만 확인되었습니다.
