이 항체는 EGF 결합 부위와는 다른 부위에 결합하여, 이합체화에 필요한 구조적 재배열을 방해함으로써 고친화성 리간드 결합을 억제합니다.
활성형 EGFR만을 인식하며, 당화형 및 비당화형 수용체 모두에 결합할 수 있습니다.
