- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NKp44 and NKp30 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
KLRF1 is an activating homodimeric C-type lectin-like receptor (CTLR) expressed on nearly all natural killer (NK) cells. It stimulates NK cell cytotoxicity and cytokine release (Kuttruff et al., 2009).
